We want you to love your DRI-ZONE™ gear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, packaging, and inserts are intact

You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Returns must be sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
❗ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Used, damaged, or soiled items

Items returned after the 14-day period

Gift cards or promotional items

Items returned without proof of purchase
🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@dri-zone.com

Include photos of the item and packaging

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping
💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
📦 How to Return an Item

Email info@dri-zone.com with your order number and reason for return

We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address

Pack the item securely and include your name + order number inside the package

Send via tracked service (recommended) and keep your proof of postage
